Permitted use

EREG-Dialer is built for licensed real-estate professionals to place voice calls to leads and contacts. You may use EREG-Dialer to:

  • Call leads who have provided Prior Express Written Consent (PEWC) to be dialed.
  • Call landline numbers (those without PEWC) where TCPA does not require PEWC.
  • Record calls in jurisdictions where you have the required level of consent.
  • Send transactional SMS once SMS support ships (v1.1).

Prohibited use

You may not use EREG-Dialer to:

  1. Call numbers on the federal DNC registry or any applicable state DNC list, unless you have an established business relationship that meets the legal exception.
  2. Use ringless voicemail (a/k/a direct-to-voicemail deposit). The FCC's 2022 declaratory ruling treats RVMs as calls subject to TCPA; our platform technically prevents them and our policy prohibits them.
  3. Spoof caller ID with a number you are not authorized to display. Our Verified Caller ID flow enforces this, and circumvention is grounds for immediate termination.
  4. Harass, threaten, or defraud anyone you contact via EREG-Dialer.
  5. Bulk-dial in violation of local quiet hours (default 8 am – 9 pm recipient local time).
  6. Misrepresent yourself or your brokerage during a call.
  7. Send unsolicited marketing SMS without prior express consent (once SMS ships).
  8. Use EREG-Dialer to call government, emergency, or healthcare numbers for sales.
  9. Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Compliance is your responsibility

EREG-Dialer provides the tools to comply with TCPA, A2P 10DLC, state DNC, two-party consent recording laws, and similar regulations. Specific call legality depends on facts we cannot verify (the recipient's consent, jurisdiction, content of the call). You and your organization are responsible for TCPA compliance for any specific call.

Enforcement

We monitor for abuse patterns. We may, at our sole discretion:

  • Pause your account pending investigation if we detect patterns consistent with violations.
  • Terminate your account for serious or repeated violations, with no refund of pre-paid fees.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement on legal requests.

Reporting violations

If you believe someone is misusing EREG-Dialer, email abuse@eregdialer.com. We acknowledge reports within one business day.
